I tried searching for the effectiveness of ELQ-300 on pubmed using the PICO method. At first I tried typing "(cerebral malaria) AND (ELQ-300) AND (treatment)" but I had no results. So I tried again with less key world typing only "(Malaria) AND (ELQ-300)" and I had some results but I focused on the most recents, in particular the last research that I found states that ELQ-300 is effective as a preclinical drug, that means that it's used in prophilaxis.
