Cerebral malaria ELQ-300

I used PubMed, searching for evidences about this new drug, ELQ-300. With the PICO metod there was no results if i used toomany key words, so i made a first research only with (malaria) AND (ELQ-300), and i had 8 results; if i tried to limit the research only for R.T.C. or review there was no results. The first abstract, the most recent(1), evalueted 4 trials in which ELQ-300 was used in mice for a lung-acting injectable chemoprotectio, and they was promising for human's durable protection.

Another article studied an efficient combination of Atovaquone and ELQ-300, inibiting two site of  in mytochondria's cytocrhome(2).

When i added in the search box the key word (safety), pubmed underlined an interesting study that shows as a low dose of ELQ-300 was efficacy too to protect from P.Falciparum(3)
