Dear students,
during yesterday’s exam we experienced several technical issues related to the internet connection and to the Sapienza platform. These problems made it difficult for many of you to complete the test, and for the first group the quiz closed earlier than scheduled.

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. This was also a disappointment for me personally. My intention in offering an additional exam session and using a technological tool was to facilitate your work and provide more flexibility. Instead, the malfunctioning of the system turned this effort against the spirit of availability with which it was conceived.

I fully understand how frustrating this situation has been. I have already reported the issue to the technical offices so that we can clarify what happened and prevent similar problems in the future.

In the coming days you will receive clear information on how the results will be handled and any corrective measures that will be adopted to ensure fairness for everyone.

Please avoid sending me individual emails on this matter, as all updates will be communicated collectively.
