The assessment includes:

1. Review of a science paper of your choice, agreed upon with the lecturer

2. Oral exam: questions on the syllabus

3. Review of the numerical exercises assigned in class

You can take the exam at your own convenience. Please agree on the exam date directly with the lecturer, who will then post a new session on Infostud. Make sure to contact the lecturer before enrolling on Infostud.

Paper review

You should choose the paper (point 1 above) that you would like to review. You must inform the lecturer of your chosen paper at least one week before the exam to ensure that its content is suitable for the purpose of the assessment. Prepare a summary of your review in 10 to 15 PowerPoint slides (maximum), which will be discussed during the exam.
