In Italy it's possible do different kinds of adventure sports, because the nature is very variegated: from mountain to sea, from hill to plain. For example, you can do mountain biking in countryside, where there is dirt road. You can do rock climbing on Alps or Apennines in the summer, while in the winter there you can do skiing or snowboarding. In Sardinia, Sicily and along all coasts you can practice diving and you can do canoeing or kayaking. There are a lot of possibilities to have fun and to find your passion. I personally don't like too much adventure sports, but I have tried to do mountain biking, to do canoeing at the sea and to do skiing in the mountain.
