The world of work has undoubtedly changed in the last few years, due to globalization and technological progress. Globalization has made it more competitive, but at the same time has enlarged it, giving the young the opportunity to find the job they dream of everywhere in the world. On the contrary, all the new technological inventions have reduced job roles, mechanizing many activities which were before done by people. For these reasons, I think that first of all, youngs must be prepared to leave their homeland whenever gratifying  job opportunities turn up in their life and they have to learn as many languages as they can do. Moreover, they should be ambitious, as Antonella said in her reply, and versatile. Finally, youngs should be ready to make sacrifices, since nothing ventured, nothing gained.
