[IT] Il modulo TLCJEU mira a favorire lo sviluppo di un approccio critico alla materia del diritto dei trasporti, coinvolgendo direttamente lo studente nell'esame di rilevanti questioni affrontate dalla giurisprudenza europea. Il modulo si svolgerà tramite lezioni frontali, laboratori e seminari in inglese svolti anche tramite supporti informatici e l’uso di internet. Lo studente che avrà frequentato il modulo acquisirà la conoscenza dei principali istituti del diritto dei trasporti secondo il diritto europeo e internazionale anche alla luce della giurisprudenza della Corte di giustizia europea.

[EN] The module TLCJEU is intended to stimulate the active and critical participation of the student in the analysis of the acts of the European Court of Justice, which have a specific relevance in the transport sector due to the legal issues confronted. The lectures, laboratories and seminars of the module TLCJEU will be given in English, together with the use of power point presentations and Internet content. The TLCJEU module aims to permit students in acquiring knowledge of main institutions of the Transportation Law principles according to the European and International Law also in the light of activity of the European Court of Justice.
