This course will focus on the use of Bioinformatics in Plant Pathology. The course will focus on the use of bioinformatic tools to understand specific problems linked to plant-pathogen interactions. 

Half of the course will be about notions of plant-pathogen interaction and half will be about exercise that include the use of Nanopore MiniON device on real cases.
