Objective

The module is a part (6/12 credits) of Enterprise Communication Management Course. The overall course is intended provide a comprehensive and up-to- date treatment of the enterprise communication management, and to equip students with an understanding of the concepts and tools of corporate communication. Specifically, the module ECM2 is about “Digital & Web Communication” and how the market evolution is changing the way organizations communicate through online channels and digital technologies.

Students will learn about the following:

  • the key issues and principles of web corporate communication

  • the key issues defining the digital strategy to communicate on the web taking advantages of using social media channels;

  • the trend and the evolution of the web communication;

  • the guidelines and framework to communicate within an organitazion.
