The
present course "Material
Science" will
provide the engineering students with the fundamental principles that govern
structure-processing-properties
interrelationships
in a variety of different materials classes from the
macro down to the nano
scale.
From this understanding, the engineer will have the toolset to devise means to
exploit engineered materials for a variety of applications
