The geothermal plant laboratory aims to allow students to test themselves with advanced design elements. In particular, it aims to offer students the opportunity to work with advanced software tools to develop and study the design of geothermal systems or parts of geothermal systems. In addition to conventional geothermal systems, there is the opportunity to design geo-exchange systems for cooling/heating buildings.
