The aim of the course is to provide insights into the main computational methods used in the fields of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology, with a particular focus on omics approaches such as the analysis of RNA-Sequencing data. Students will familiarize with the basics of R, a programming environment for statistical computing and graphics, and they will use it for the analysis of transcriptomics data.
