This course introduces the basic principles of aircraft flight operations. It provide  aspiring aviation leaders  with the basic elements of management of the civil aviation industry.

The students will gain skills to understand how to make the organizational structures compliant with applicable regulation but also the which are the current best practices to achieve a safe and profitable aircraft operations and to cope with future management challenges.
