In this course students will learn on how to deal with complex biological systems via Computational Methods. Studied systems via practical workshops will be, for instance, the Immune Microenvironment, Cancer Transcriptomics Deconvolution and Viral Metagenomics workflows. The beginning of the course acts as a recap on practical Genomics Data analysis.
