The
course focuses on the intersections between contemporary art and architecture, landscape, urbanscape since the second half of 20th century until nowadays.
The lessons aim at provinding the students with the knowledge of main current issues in contemporary art in relation with the artists' interest in exploring the space, interpreted as the complex of architectural, natural, social contexts surrounding the work.
Artistic researches will be deepened through this perspective, dealing with issues such as site-specificity, public art, performance, installation and crossing movements as Land Art, Street Art, Conceptual Art.
Lessons will include seminars, projections, group works.
