LIN123 – INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH FOR INTERCULTURAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
The course is designed for learners of English who want to discover a realistic approach to communication in today's organizations. Students will learn today's most important business communication concepts in detail and within the context of how communication happens in organizations today. Company examples and situations will demonstrate how principles work in the real business world. In addition to refining core written and oral communication skills, students will learn to navigate complex relationships and use current technologies. Students will master the skills to create presentation decks, manage their online reputation, engage customers using social media, lead web meetings and conference calls, and more. With self-reflection questions throughout the course, students will develop a deeper understanding of themselves and how to communicate most effectively to reach their personal and professional goals.
