Course Objectives

The objectives of the course are to provide the basic skills of Project Financing and its innovative models for the sustainability of investment projects in the public and private sectors, with particular regard to the context of environmental and sustainable building engineering. Firstly, it will be provided the basic skills related to the evaluation techniques of investment projects as a preparatory action to achieving the aforementioned learning objectives.
