The course aims to provide the student with a framework of the Italian-European sources necessary to be able to identify the useful references to problematize the legal issues involved in the development of technology and medicine.

In particular, the student must be able to argue the defensive solutions plausible connected to the bioethical problems of early life, development of the person and end of life.
