Static Ambient Occlusion Lighting Demo.

Description:
	This demo shows Static Ambient Occlusion Lighting technique to increase significatively the scene
	level of realism. The demo also uses bump mapping and a very convincing water reflexion.
	
	This demo requires an OpenGL 1.5 complient graphics controller.

Controls:
	Escape Key        	- Exits the demo.
	Left Mouse Button 	- Hold down and move the mouse to rotate the camera.
	ASDW keys          	- forward, backward and strafe the camera.
	SPACE key			- enable or disable water fall.
	M keys 	         	- switch between shaders with AO and without AO.
	+ and - keys 	    - up or down the water height.
